Privacy Policy — Zephyria Labs

Effective date: 2025 Website: https://www.zypherialabs.com/

  1. Scope and Who We Are This Privacy Policy explains how Zypheria Labs (“Zypheria,” “we,” “us,” “our”) handles information when you use our websites, documentation, front-end interfaces, and related resources that interact with the Zypheria (ZYPH) blockchain protocol (collectively, the “Services”). This Policy applies globally to adult users and should be read with our Terms of Service.

  2. Summary

  • Account-Minimal: Accounts are non-custodial and typically tied to your wallet; we aim to collect the minimum necessary information to provide the Services.

  • On-Chain Transparency: Blockchain activity is public and immutable; we do not control on-chain data.

  • Third Parties: Wallets, RPC/node providers, hosting/CDNs/DNS, analytics, and other vendors may process limited technical data under their own policies.

  • No Ads Sales: We do not sell personal information for targeted advertising.

  1. Information We Collect Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

  • Account and Profile Data: Wallet address; interface-specific identifiers such as a display name or handle; preferences; optionally, an email or other contact details if you choose to provide them for notifications or support.

  • Technical and Usage Data: Device and browser information (e.g., user agent), IP address, timestamps, referral/URL data, error logs, interaction events, and usage metrics necessary to operate and secure the Interface.

  • Communications: Information you provide when you contact us (e.g., support requests, feedback).

  • On-Chain Data (Public): Wallet addresses, transactions, balances, and other blockchain activity are publicly available and permanently recorded on the blockchain. We do not control, edit, or delete on-chain data.

We do not conduct KYC and do not request government IDs. Do not send us private keys or seed phrases.

  1. Sources of Information We collect information:

  • Directly from you (e.g., when you connect a wallet, create a profile, or contact support);

  • Automatically from your device or browser (e.g., through logs essential for security and functionality);

  • From the blockchain as publicly available on-chain records;

  • From third-party providers that help deliver the Services (e.g., RPC providers, hosting/CDNs).

  1. How We Use Information We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Services, including account-related features and usage-based functions;

  • Facilitate connectivity to blockchain networks and display relevant data;

  • Maintain security, prevent abuse or fraud, troubleshoot, and perform diagnostics;

  • Communicate with you (e.g., respond to inquiries, send essential notices);

  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

We do not use your information for cross-site behavior-based advertising.

  1. Sharing and Disclosures We may disclose information:

  • To Service Providers operating under contracts that restrict use to service delivery (e.g., hosting/CDNs/DNS, DDoS protection, logging/monitoring, wallet connectivity, RPC/node providers, analytics strictly for product operations, bug tracking);

  • To Public Blockchains, inherently, through your on-chain interactions;

  • For Legal Compliance, to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal process, or enforceable governmental requests;

  • For Safety, to investigate, prevent, or address security, fraud, or abuse;

  • Business Changes, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or asset transfer (your rights will remain protected by this Policy or a successor policy of equal or greater protection).

We do not sell personal information.

  1. Cookies and Similar Technologies

  • We primarily use strictly necessary technologies (e.g., to remember settings, protect against abuse, or maintain sessions).

  • If additional cookies or analytics are introduced, we will update this Policy and, where required, provide notice or obtain consent. You can manage cookies and local storage via your browser/app settings.

  1. Payments and On-Chain Interactions

  • Payments for usage-based features may occur in cryptocurrency. Such transactions are processed by blockchain networks, not by Zypheria. On-chain transactions are public and generally irreversible.

  • If the protocol distributes rewards or fees, those are executed by smart contracts and visible on-chain.

  1. Children’s Privacy: The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

  2. Data Security: We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to our role as a non-custodial, open-source protocol interface provider. However, no internet or blockchain interaction is 100% secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your wallet, private keys, seed phrase, and devices.

  3. Data Retention

  • Account/Profile Data: Retained while you maintain a profile or as necessary to provide the Services and for a reasonable period thereafter for security, audit, and legal compliance.

  • Technical Logs: Retained for a limited period necessary for operations, security, and diagnostics.

  • Communications: Retained as needed to respond, maintain records, and meet legal requirements.

  • On-Chain Data: Immutable and not controlled by Zypheria; we cannot delete or modify it.

  1. International Transfers Our service providers may process information in various countries. Where applicable, we rely on appropriate safeguards and vendor commitments. By using the Services, you understand that your information may be processed outside your country.

  2. Your Choices and Rights

  • You can disconnect your wallet, edit or delete profile data stored in the Interface (where such controls exist), and clear cookies/local storage in your browser.

  • For on-chain data, modification or deletion is not possible.

  • Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR/EEA, UK, California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to certain processing. To exercise rights related to information we directly control, contact us via the channels listed on zephyrialabs.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.

  • We may take steps to verify your request and identity consistent with the law.

  1. Do Not Track We do not engage in cross-site behavior-based advertising. Because there is no consistent industry standard for DNT signals, we do not respond to DNT at this time.

  2. Third-Party Links and Services Links or integrations with third-party services (wallets, RPC providers, explorers, analytics, etc.) are governed by those third parties’ terms and policies. We are not responsible for their practices.

  3. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post updates on zephyrialabs.com and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

  4. Governing Law; Venue This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising from this Policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Argentina.

  5. Contact Questions: Requests, or privacy-related inquiries can be submitted via the official channels listed on https://www.zypherialabs.com/

Notes

  • Open-source licenses governing codebases are specified in the respective repositories; those licenses control your rights to the code.

  • Do not share private keys or seed phrases with Zypheria or anyone.
